- DOMESTIC DELIVERY – CHARGES AND TIMING
- Flat INR 150 for all prepaid orders and free shipping on the order value of Rs.1000
- Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – CHARGES AND TIMING
- We do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners. In case of any duties/levies by incoming customs, customers are required to bear the same. Gift Elegantly is not liable to pay these charges.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the international delivery location.
- Orders are usually delivered in approx 15 business days.
- WHERE IS MY ORDER PROCESSED FROM?
- Orders are processed from our operational centre in Pune, India.
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
- IF I HAVE PLACED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS, CAN YOU COMBINE THE ORDERS AND OFFER ME REDUCED SHIPPING?
- Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order.

– We offer international delivery to most countries outside India serviced by our shipping partners. Customers are responsible for any duties or levies imposed by incoming customs. Gift
Elegantly is not liable for these charges.

– Orders are generally delivered within approximately 20 business days.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp and email, once the order is shipped.

Combining Multiple Orders
Unfortunately, due to regulatory and compliance issues, we are unable to combine multiple orders once they are placed. Shipping charges will apply to each new order.
